Operating System : Windows 10 Pro Professional 6.02.9200 (64-bit)
DirectX : Version 12.00
Windows Performance Index : 5.7 on 7.9

I would add a hardrive that is SSD for loading programs and windows.
Upgrade your vid card to at least a 600 series

What speed is your ram?

Getting a new cooler for that CPU might make it possible to overklock it more.
And an SSD is really really good for windows and games.

Go to crucial's website they have a memory scanner that will give you the details of ram you have

I would go for a black one with blue internal lights.....
This is what i got and it's running pretty good in game!

My suggestion is this
1 an SSD - biggest change for the computer - 250 GB will be enough for Windows and most progz/games - Samsung 850 Evo is the one i recommend.
2 if you are on stockcooler get a new one so you can overklock - this game respond well to higher clock.
3 since nVidia has new serie 1070 and 1080 there should be 970 you can get from people upgrading cheaper.

the GeForce GTX 750 Ti Superclocked is the one that i can buy now or GeForce GT 730 (all other are way more then 1000$)

the ram was trying to get 2 of this: Kingston 8gb 1866mhz Hyperx Fury Blue Hx318c10f/8

and the ssd i dont know if going with kingston or sansung!

Wait until you find an used 970 at a good price - its way way better then 700-serie
