Some players that i have played with and have seen in action that would be good for squad.

Panzer = good ATR, efru hunter, Dont have squad, plays on US prime time
Pilsen = capper, efru hunter, dont know if he has squad, hes from Uruguay (Spanish and
English speaker), plays on US prime Time

Kareca/chicao = good tanker, atr, efru hunter, stop playing, 90% he will come back to play.

Pilsen seems to be not active atm, no sorties in this campaign which has been going on for almost 3 weeks. Panzer on the other hand seems to be active. As Loo is not checking the forums Hastien will have to talk to him and recruit him then.
